Are you interested in working for an award winning social care charity? Personal Assistants (Support Workers) have the most important role within Enable by making a positive difference every day to the lives of the people we support. No two days are the same, but you will be supporting someone who requires assistance to achieve their goals and outcomes.
Each person we support has different support requirements. Your role may include assisting with personal care, moving and handling, or positive behavioural support while expanding their social networks and connections. Enable creates a bespoke team around every individual, and our team of Personal Assistants work collaboratively to ensure safety, wellbeing and aspirations are met.
The Best in You Brings Out the Best in Me.
The people we support have varied interests and aspirations; with the right opportunity and support they can pursue those goals. A career with Enable is rewarding and diverse, and Personal Assistants have the potential to bring out the best in the people we support.
About Rosie – Rosie loves being outdoors, going for long walks, and staying active. A typical day could involve shopping for essentials and visiting Dunecht Estate. In downtime, Rosie enjoys TV and keeping her home spotless. Rosie requires 7 days-a-week support, including a sleepover. We’re looking for the right person to help Rosie live her best life.
About You
If you share the same values and have commitment, dedication, and the desire to support Rosie, please apply now. Enable values your contribution and helps create an equal society for every person we support.
You don’t need prior care experience to start a social care career with Enable. We recruit based on values and transferable skills. Wherever your journey has taken you, join us and forge a rewarding path in what could be your most fulfilling role.
