This is an exciting opportunity to join Kingdom People Professional Services, part of the Kingdom Group, as we continue our rapid growth towards a £100M turnover. Based in our modern Havant office, you'll play a key role within our expanding division, working on permanent and/or contract recruitment solutions across professional sectors.

The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll have the freedom to build your own customer base, develop a personal brand, and grow meaningful relationships with clients and candidates alike. Day to day, you'll:
* Develop new business through proactive sales activity, networking and lead generation.
* Manage and grow client relationships across multiple sectors.
* Source, interview and place candidates into permanent / contract roles.
* Write and advertise vacancies to attract top-quality applicants.
* Conduct client visits, interviews and regular follow-up reviews.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights and drive team performance.

About You
You're a confident communicator who thrives in a sales environment and enjoys seeing things through from start to finish. You'll bring:
