Overview
Embark on an exciting journey as a Medical Devices Territory Sales Manager across the Midlands at a leading provider of innovative medical solutions. This permanent role offers the opportunity to leverage your clinical expertise and sales acumen to drive the growth of long-term enteral feeding products and solutions across healthcare settings, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, and through their Home Delivery service. The salary range and healthy OTE are competitive.
Responsibilities
* Develop strategic business plans to drive the growth of enteral feeding products and solutions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer needs and drive account initiatives.
* Serve as a clinical expert in enteral nutrition and feeding protocols, providing evidence-based recommendations.
Preferred Requirements
* Manage and grow key accounts within the assigned territory to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Develop long-term strategic partnerships with healthcare institutions, including clinical staff and administrative decision-makers.
* Lead contract negotiations and product conversions.
* Identify emerging trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform territory planning and product positioning.
* Conduct in-services, training, and clinical presentations for clinical staff.
Qualifications
* Educated to at least A-level standard or equivalent vocational qualification, with a nursing, medical sales, or clinical background.
* Demonstrable superior selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Prior experience in enteral feeding or related therapeutic nutrition area and knowledge of home delivery service is highly desirable.
