Hours: 30 hours per week Online apprenticeship training supported by our skilled tutors Level 2 Food & Beveridge Team Member Location: THREE CHOIRS VINEYARDS LTD, CASTLE TUMP, Newent, Gloucestershire, GL18 1LS The Role: As a Food & Beverage Team Member Apprentice, you will work closely with team members carrying out different roles across the business. Main Duties: Answering telephone calls and responding to emails. Taking bookings and assisting customers with enquiries. Welcoming and assisting visitors and guests. Supporting wine tastings and customer experiences. Serving food and drinks when required. Restocking and maintaining the wine shop. Assisting with general administration duties. Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional reception area. Supporting the wider team with other duties as required. The Candidate: The ideal candidate will be friendly and professional with a passion to work in Hospitality. Enthusiastic, a great team player, reliable and eager to learn. Skills and Experience GCSEs at grades A*–C / 9–4 (or equivalent) in Maths and English (desirable) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills Ability to work as part of a team Good organisational skills and attention to detail Flexible Enthusiastic, reliable, and professional approach Basic computer and administration skills preferred Training and Development: As an apprentice, you will receive support through both on-the-job learning and formal training as part of your apprenticeship programme. This will typically include: Study towards a relevant qualification, Level 2 Food & Beveridge Team Member On-the-job training and mentoring from experienced professionals. Regular review meetings to track progress and development. What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
