Sales Administrator
Location: Alton, Hampshire. Working days Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm. Salary: £23,000–£27,000 depending on experience.
The Role
You'll play a key part in keeping our sales department running smoothly, ensuring all administrative processes are handled efficiently and professionally.
* Managing property listings and uploading details to portals
* Preparing sales documentation and compliance paperwork
* Supporting the team with general administration
* Handling inbound calls and client enquiries
* Maintaining accurate records on CRM systems
* Assisting with sales progression where required
About You
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and confident communicating with clients.
* Previous administration experience (estate agency experience preferred but not essential)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* A proactive and team-focused attitude
