The Role
We’re seeking a skilled Joiner — ideally multi‑skilled — to deliver high‑quality maintenance and repair work across Central Sheffield social housing properties. You’ll provide essential repairs to support tenants and keep homes safe andfortable.
Duties Include
1. Planned and reactive joinery repairs
2. Kitchen fitting, door hanging & general carpentry
3. Minor multi‑trade tasks (bonus skillset)
4. Ensuring all work ispleted efficiently and to a high standard
5. Offering great customer service to tenants and residents
What You’ll Need
6. Experience as a Joiner (Social Housing experience preferred)
7. Multi‑skilled abilities are highly desirable
8. Full UK Driving Licence
9. Ability to work independently and professionally
