Are you a Legal Secretary with a background in residential property or conveyancing?
A prestigious and modern law firm based in Brighton is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join their Residential Property/Conveyancing team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing legal documents and correspondence to a high standard
* Audio typing and dictation
* File management and general administrative duties
* Scheduling appointments and managing diaries
* Handling property-related tasks including submitting search requests, ordering documents, and processing Land Registry applications
* Drafting contracts for property sales
* Managing post-exchange formalities and post-completion tasks
* Supporting a busy team of Fee Earners with day-to-day secretarial duties
About You:
* Proven experience as a Legal Secretary within a conveyancing or residential property team
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Proficient in audio typing/dictation
* Knowledge of Land Registry procedures is essential
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Friendly, proactive, and professional approach
