Key Responsibilities: Support the Ethics & Compliance Manager in maintaining and enhancing the Compliance Management System, including assistance with routine activities, audits, and documentation updates Assist in the planning, creation and delivery of compliance training (face-to-face and eLearning) for employees and Local Ethics Officers (LEOs) Monitor and maintain registers for Conflicts of Interest (COI) and Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) Conduct gifts and hospitality spot checks and ensure proper documentation and escalation of any irregularities Collect and prepare quarterly / annual compliance metrics Support the Legal & Compliance team in the development, revision, and implementation of compliance policies and procedures Supports LEO network with queries and ensure completion of assigned compliance tasks Onboard new LEOs, providing initial training, documentation and continued support Draft internal communications (emails, compliance reminders, intranet posts) and manage updates to internal compliance pages Manage the compliance inbox, escalating relevant matters to Legal and Compliance personnel Perform day-to-day compliance and administrative tasks, including recordkeeping and scheduling Coordinate in-person LEO Workshops and other ethics and compliance related events Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise: 0-3 years work experience Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders and seniority Strong communication and organizational skills Basic legal and/or compliance knowledge would be advantageous Desire to pursue a career within Legal and Compliance What makes us the ideal choice?
