We’re supporting the launch of a brand-new studio conceptin Woking and are looking for a Health & Wellbeing Manager to bring it to life. If you’ve got the energy, ambition, and the vision to lead from the front in a hands‑on role, this is your moment.
The Role
You’ll be the driving force behind everything that happens in this new health and wellbeing space.From pre‑sale campaigns and day-to-day operations to member engagement, session delivery and community building you’ll be at the heart of it all.
* Lead on the studiossales and pre-sales
* Deliver high-quality wellness sessions alongside your team of wellbeing coaches
* Oversee studio operations, ensuring best-in-class service and a vibrant, supportive community
* Bring a full‑circle health approach to the studio : from fitness and MSK to nutrition, recovery, and social wellbeing
* Manage budgets and performance KPIs, and support the wider brand as it scales

About You
* Degree-qualified in Sports Science (this is essential)
* Experienced in fitness, but with a broader passion for full‑spectr health
* Entrepreneurial, hands‑on and comfortable with rolling up your sleeves
* Commercially minded and confident managing KPIs, sales and targets
* A natural leader who thrives in dynamic, purpose‑led environments
