Shop Assistant (Park Store) - Billing Aquadrome - Northampton, Northamptonshire Location: Billing Aquadrome NN3 9DA Shop Assistant (Park Store) - The Shop Assistant supports the daily operation of the park store by providing friendly customer service, handling sales transactions, and ensuring the shop is clean, well-stocked, and welcoming for visitors. Hours – Shift-based, including weekends and public holidays Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and assist with product enquiries Operate the till and process cash and card payments Restock shelves and arrange product displays Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop Monitor stock levels and report shortages Handle returns and exchanges according to policy Follow cash-handling and security procedures Support peak trading periods and busy park events Follow health & safety guidelines at all times Key Skills & Experience: Excellent customer service and communication skills Friendly, reliable, and well-presented Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Desirable: Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not essential Training will be provided Working Hours: Shift-based, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
