The school provides a safe and nurturing environment for pupils with a wide range of learning difficulties and complex needs, including autism, SEMH, and communication or sensory processing challenges. The Role: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll work as part of a dedicated team supporting pupils both 1:1 and in small groups. You'll help young people access learning, develop independence, and build confidence, while promoting a calm, structured, and safe environment.
