Your new role
A well-regarded and high-achieving 11-16 secondary school is seeking a dedicated KS3 Geography Teacher to join its successful Humanities faculty. Key responsibilities include:
1. Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured Geography lessons across KS3
2. Setting high expectations and supporting students to achieve strong progress
3. Contributing to the collaborative and reflective culture of the Humanities team
4. Maintaining excellent classroom management and consistent routines
5. Participating in department initiatives and ongoing curriculum development
What you'll need to succeed
6. A UK-recognised teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent)
7. Recent experience teaching KS3 Geography
8. Someone who is engaging, and approachable
9. A teacher who can support students who need extra help and make lessons inclusive
