I am seeking a Sub Agent to join my client's team on an interesting heavy civil engineering project.
As a Sub Agent, your main duties will include assisting the Site Agent and Project Manager, managing subcontractors, and overseeing specific sections of the project.
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Liaising with Site, Project, and Commercial managers to oversee QA, HSQE, cost, and materials.
2. Reviewing and approving RAMS from the site and subcontractors.
3. Weekly communication with the project planner, highlighting delays to the commercial team.
4. Updating the client on all aspects of the project.
5. Overseeing concrete technical, production, and quality issues during the preparation and construction phases.
Ideal Candidate:
* Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* CSCS card.
* SMSTS certification.
