The Payload (Pay & Perks)
* Salary: £28,000 – £34,000 (Depending on your experience level).

What You Will Be Doing
* Mechanical Variety: Routine servicing and maintenance across a massive range of multi-make vehicles.
* Developing Skills: Handling brakes, cambelts, and mechanical repairs with senior support when needed.
* Diagnostics: Building your fault-finding skills using modern diagnostic equipment.
* MOT Prep: Learning the high standards required to prepare vehicles for successful testing.
* Optional Variety: Opportunity to learn motorcycle mechanics if you have the interest.
Are You The One?
* Experience: You have 1 to 4 years of professional workshop experience (post-qualification).
* Qualification: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
* Attitude: You are reliable, detail-focused, and take real pride in your workmanship.
* Licence: You hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
