About the Role Carry out ad-hoc out and back driving work across the UK, collecting and delivering from all our major customer sites, using but not limited to a refrigerated box trailer. Ensure goods are loaded and secured correctly to prevent shifting or damage. Use bars, straps, nets, and other securing devices as needed. Use your company-issued phone to carry out thorough daily vehicle safety inspections, helping us maintain the highest standards of road safety and reliability. Stay in regular contact with our transport team, providing updates on your progress to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. Take part in regular training sessions to keep your skills sharp and stay up to date with the latest industry standards and best practices. Rota is flexible and offered on a weekly basis, with drivers contacted in advance to confirm availability. This is a zero/casual hours arrangement to support peak periods, annual leave and unplanned absences. Essential Skills and Qualifications Must hold a UK Class 1 CE Licence. Current DCPC Card and Digital Tachograph Driver Card. Experience of delivering loads directly to client sites is advantageous. Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
