We have an exciting opportunity for a Territory Sales Manager to join our team!
This is a Full Time role working 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday).
Responsibilities include:
* Visiting convenience stores and grocery retailers, focusing on building relationships with key decision-makers to add value to the store. This may include overnight stays and higher mileage when required.
* Negotiating with decision-makers to increase distribution and availability of client products, selling into convenience stores and grocery retailers.
* Managing cash from convenience retailers and reconciling stock weekly.
* Monitoring in-store conditions, identifying problems, opportunities, and competitor activities.
* Following Tactical Solutions' processes to deliver professional and effective calls in every outlet.
* Using bespoke tablets and Drive software to record and complete all information accurately.
Ideal candidate:
* Has experience in sales or a background in convenience or retail.
* Works well independently and in a team.
* Possesses excellent communication skills and can build credible relationships in stores.
* Is passionate about building brand awareness and motivated by results.
