The Person:
* Be flexible, be able to work on your own initiative as well as follow guidance from teachers.
* Have good behaviour management strategies.
* Have a good standard of spoken and written English.
* Be able to teach whole class following teachers’ planning.
* Know when to adapt teaching to make it simpler or harder.
* Mark books and feedback to the teachers about the outcome of lessons.
* Liaise with teachers, Middle Leaders and Senior Leaders regarding learning in the classes taught.
* Feedback to parents/carers about the behaviour when needed.
