CHEF WANTED
We're on the lookout for an experienced chef to join our team and help shape the future of our kitchen.
We serve a small, fresh, street food-inspired menu designed to perfectly complement our craft beers and traditioanl ales, brewed right here Cornwall. This is more than just a chef role we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us and become a future leader of the kitchen.
What we're looking for:
* A genuine passion for great food and a desire to champion our own beers and products in your cooking
* Ambition, someone excited to grow with us and help lead the kitchen as we expand
* Creativity and confidence to bring your own ideas to the menu, aligned with our ethos
* An innovative mindset, we're always open to new ideas and better ways of doing things
The essentials:
* Experience working in a high-volume kitchen
* A proactive, 'can do' attitude
* Strong knowledge of food safety and health & safety
* Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
* Professional, well-presented and confident communicating, our kitchen is open and on show
