Bilfinger UK are seeking an experienced System Scaffolding Supervisor to oversee system scaffolding activities on a high ‑ profile industrial site. You will be responsible for supervising teams, ensuring compliance, and maintaining safe, efficient operations.
* 3 months with the view to extend
* 56 hour week
* Supervision of system scaffolding erection, alteration, and dismantling
* Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with TG20, SG4, and site standards
* Coordinating labour, materials, and daily priorities
* Conducting toolbox talks, task briefings, and safety checks
* Liaising with site management and planners
* Ensuring productivity targets and quality standards are met
* CISRS System Scaffolder (Advanced preferred)
* CISRS Supervisor / Advanced Scaffolder card (or demonstrable supervisory experience)
* Strong knowledge of system scaffolding and industrial environments
* Proven leadership and organisational skills
