Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
We provide Housing Management services across the UK, partnering with government and stakeholders to address homelessness and deliver social and affordable housing, including specialist accommodation for care needs.
About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Mears Group in an office-based administrative role in Basingstoke, supporting the RLAP contract. The role ensures day-to-day office activities run smoothly through high-quality administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
* Chase and collate documentation as required
* Book and coordinate meetings and appointments
* Update internal systems, spreadsheets, and trackers
* Download, manage and store documentation accurately
* Provide general administrative support to the RLAP contract team
* Maintain accurate records in line with governance and data-protection requirements
* Monitor shared inboxes, ensuring actions are followed up in a timely manner
* Support continuous improvement of administrative and office processes
Role Criteria
* Previous experience in an administrative role
* Customer service experience
* Excellent communication skills
* IT literate, confident using systems and digital tools
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
