As a People Strategy Change Lead, you will be instrumental in driving organisational change initiatives and ensuring effective communication across the business. This role is pivotal in enhancing employee engagement and organisational culture.
You will have a passion for developing and implementing change management strategies to support the People Strategy, assessing the impact of change on different groups within the organisation, and creating comprehensive communication plans to ensure clear, consistent, and timely messaging.
* This involves working with the firm's communications team to align messaging and identifying potential risks and resistance to change, developing mitigation plans to address these challenges.
The successful candidate will have experience leading the people side of change, delivering change in professional services or in a partnership model, and possessing expertise in the HR or People Strategy domain.
This opportunity offers a hybrid working policy, with 2-3 days per week onsite in the office, and the remainder worked remotely.
