Benoy’s growing Hospitality team in the London studio is seeking creative Architects and Architectural Designers with hospitality sector experience to join them. As an Architect or Designer, you are responsible for mid-scale or aspects of large-scale architectural projects in the commercial mixed-use sector through all aspects of design and development. What we are looking for You are a talented designer, with a portfolio that showcases great creativity and innovative thinking. You have experience of successfully delivering large scale projects through all work stages. Hospitality experience (hotel design and planning) advantageous. You are able to work collaboratively, or with autonomy as required. A strong communicator, you effectively engage internal and external stakeholders. Strong capability in both Rhino and Revit is essential. Grasshopper would be advantageous. Scripting or visual programming tools such as Rhino/Grasshopper, Dynamo, or Python for design automation and optimisation would be advantageous. Proficiency with computer applications commonly used such as Adobe Suite. Are you degree qualified in related design field or hold equivalent certification; professional registration is preferred. Project Delivery Demonstrate a working knowledge of the design process and project brief, supporting the preparation of the project deliverables and other activities related to the project development. Deliver high-quality work with limited guidance, demonstrating developed technical and/or design skills. Manage third parties according to the parameters of the project. Team Membership Act as a team player, actively seeking feedback and demonstrating a positive attitude towards work and team activities. Support company-wide initiatives and proactively seek feedback. Client Relationships Respond positively towards clients and consultants. Provide support to senior team members with client presentations and meetings as required. Budget Control Recognise the importance of the project budget and seeks to develop their knowledge of project financials.
