As a Children Homes Manager, you will:
* Lead the home in accordance with organisational values and safeguarding policies.
* Supervise and support staff to provide consistent, trauma-informed care.
* Foster a positive, child-centred culture within the home.
* Oversee care planning and reviews, ensuring the young person's needs are met.
* Train, induct, and support staff in line with best practices.
* Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) for the home.
* Ensure compliance with Ofsted and relevant regulations.
* Maintain accurate records, including risk assessments and care plans.
* Prepare for and lead Ofsted inspections and external audits.
