About the Role
Sanctuary Supported Living, as part of theTorbay Growth in Action (GIA) Alliance, is recruiting aPeer Research Co:ordinatorto lead a pioneering approach to community:led research. This role is central to ensuring that the voices of people with lived experience are heard, valued, and used to shape services across Torbay.
What is Peer Research?
Peer research is a method of conducting research that is led by individuals with lived experience. In the context of the GIA Alliance, this includes people who have experienced:

Your Mission
As Peer Research Co:ordinator, you will:

Support and guide a team of peer researchers

Help them design and deliver meaningful research in their communities

Embed peer research practices across the alliance's services
