We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cover Supervisor to join our thriving secondary school in Birmingham. This is a full-time, long-term role, ideal for someone looking to make an immediate and lasting impact on students’ learning and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise classes across a range of subjects in the absence of teaching staff.
* Maintain a positive, structured, and safe learning environment.
* Follow lesson plans provided by teachers and ensure students remain on task.
* Support the pastoral and behavioural needs of students when necessary.
* Liaise effectively with teaching and support staff to ensure continuity of learning.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience working in a secondary school environment is preferred.
* Strong organisational and classroom management skills.
* Ability to motivate and engage students across all key stages.
* Professional, reliable, and flexible with a proactive approach.
