The Role
As the Retail Manager, you will be the key to leading the operations of a thriving WHSmith unit. You will be responsible for:
* Leading, motivating, and developing a passionate team.
* Ensuring the unit operates efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and brand compliance.
* Driving sales and managing costs to achieve business targets.
* Delivering exceptional customer service in a high-volume retail environment.
* You will also oversee our gaming units
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Senior Assistant Manager or Manager in a high-volume retail environment.
* A passion for great displays and outstanding customer service.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* The drive to develop yourself and your team.
