Permanent, Residential Team Leader (Full-Time) - job vacancy, Kendal, Cumbria (South Lakes Area)
Location: Kendal, Cumbria, South Lakes (commutable from Windermere, Ambleside, Grange-over-Sands, Milnthorpe, Kirkby Lonsdale, Penrith, and surrounding areas).

Benefits:
1. Salary: £30,300 - £32,000 per annum.
2. Sleep-in: £65 per sleep, approx. £3,120/year.
3. Contract: Full-Time (39 hours/week) or Part-Time options.
4. 1 sleep per week for 48 weeks a year.
Duties:
5. Lead and support residential care staff.
6. Create a safe and supportive environment for young residents.
7. Manage care plans, activities, and daily routines.
8. Ensure compliance with CQC and safeguarding regulations.
Criteria:
9. Level 3 in Children & Young People or Children's Residential Care (or equivalent).
10. Essential: 1+ years' experience in a residential care setting.
11. Car Driver Required.
