We’re on the lookout for a Level 3 SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils in a nurturing and inclusive setting. What you’ll be doing: 1:1 support for children with complex SEND needs (including autism, ADHD, and sensory processing) Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists Helping pupils access learning, regulate emotions, and build trust Creating a structured, safe, and positive space to thrive You’ll need: Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent) Experience working in a SEND or mainstream setting A calm, caring, and proactive approach DBS on the update service (or we’ll help you apply) What you’ll get from us: Weekly PAYE pay—no umbrella faff Access to our free CPD Academy (hello Thrive training!)
