Shop Manager - Northampton
As a Shop Manager, you will utilize your retail skills and experience to drive business, increase sales, and achieve targets.
1. Lead your team to deliver excellent customer service to donors and customers.
2. Collaborate with the local community to generate sufficient donated stock to support sales.
3. Recruit, train, and retain a volunteer team, providing leadership and guidance.
4. Maintain high standards of merchandising and housekeeping, prioritizing health and safety.
5. Manage stock processes effectively to ensure the shop is well merchandised with fresh, seasonal stock.
6. Act as a brand ambassador for Sue Ryder, supporting in-store campaigns and national fundraising initiatives.
7. Oversee stock management through the Epos system.
