We’re looking for an ambitious and confident individual to join our Kia branch in Liverpool as a Product Consultant. Although you’ll be known as a Product Consultant, your role will be heavily sales‑focused, allowing you to showcase your customer service skills and build lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
* Help customers find the right car based on their needs.
* Deliver outstanding, five‑star service, going the extra mile for every customer.
* Build and maintain lasting, sincere relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
* Sell suitable sales packages (finance, servicing, warranty) with integrity and professionalism.
* Co‑ordinate order and delivery of vehicles, ensuring smooth processes.
* Meet monthly sales targets and customer experience standards.
* Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and uphold promises.
* Keep in touch with customers post‑sale to provide a great aftersales experience.
Qualifications and skills
* Excellent communication, organisation and people skills.
* High energy and enthusiasm.
* Attention to detail and ability to stay organised.
* Desire to build a long‑term career.
* Full driving licence held for at least one year.
