About the role...
As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing FMCG client accounts and delivering end-to-end shopper marketing campaigns, working closely with creative teams to ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
What you’ll be doing day to day...
* Managing key FMCG client relationships and acting as their day-to-day point of contact
* Delivering end-to-end shopper campaigns across POS, toolkits, and experiential activations
* Translating shopper and consumer insight into clear briefs and effective campaign delivery
* Owning project timelines, budgets, and resourcing to ensure smooth delivery
* Collaborating closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to bring campaigns to life
* Supporting junior account members in a fast paced agency setting

* Proven experience as an Senior Account Manager within a shopper or creative agency

* Confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
* A collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with creatives and clients
