A well-established FMCG business based in Bartley Green is recruiting for a Part-Time Bookkeeper to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. This role would suit an experienced Bookkeeper who is confident using Windows-based software and is looking for flexible, part-time hours. The position offers around 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work slightly fewer or additional hours depending on workload and availability. This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day finance function within a friendly and supportive environment. Key duties as a Book-Keeper - Managing day-to-day bookkeeping activities Processing purchase and sales invoices Bank reconciliations Maintaining accurate financial records Assisting with VAT returns Handling payments Using Windows-based accounting and office software Supporting the wider business with ad-hoc finance administration Ideally you will have the following skills and experience - Previous experience in a bookkeeping or accounts role Comfortable using Windows-based software and accounting systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organisational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Looking for part-time, flexible hours Available for a temp to perm opportunity On offer for this Book-Keeper role - Pay rate of £14-£15 per hour, depending on experience Around 20 hours per week, with flexibility on hours worked Temp to perm opportunity Flexible working pattern On-site role based in Bartley Green Supportive and stable working environment ASC Connections Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
