SUMMARY OF ROLE
Reporting to the Managing Director and the Contracts Manager you will assist the Build Team with the planning, coordination, and completion of construction projects.Responsibilities include assisting with project planning and coordinating, procurement, quality control, health & safety, site set up and Build admin.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Project Planning & Management: Assisting in the planning, coordinating and management ofmultiple projects.
2. Support Project Teams: Assisting with scheduling, resource allocation, preparing and maintaining project documentation reports and logs.
3. Monitor project progress: identify potential issues and help implement solutions.
4. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure clearcommunication.
5. Procurement: Assisting with the procurement of materials and services, including assisting managing contracts and appointments.
6. Quality Control: Ensuring work is completed to the required standards and specifications.
