The Role
As a Panel Builder / Assembler, you will be responsible for the assembly of components and panels in line with technical drawings and work instructions, ensuring all products meet required quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assemble electrical panels and components using hand tools and machinery
2. Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions
3. Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and compliance standards are met
4. Adhere to all health & safety and operational procedures
5. Identify and report defects, faults, or quality concerns to supervision
6. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
What You'll Need
7. Previous experience as a panel builder or assembler (essential)
8. Ability to read and work from technical drawings
9. Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
10. Experience working in a manufacturing or assembly environment
11. A proactive and reliable approach to work
