The role of the Associate Director, Modelling is crucial for ensuring each medicine supported by high-quality, scientifically credible evidence tailored to decision makers' needs. The role involves collaboration across data generation, Medical, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, and other teams to develop models that support market access, reimbursement, and lifecycle management.

In this role you will:
* Lead modelling projects within the HIV therapy area, engaging with stakeholders and ensuring high standards in scientific and technical modelling practices.
* Collaborate on evidence planning, design, and dissemination to optimize asset value across its lifecycle.
* Innovate and propose modelling solutions, supervise model development, and ensure quality and transparency of deliverables.
* Support evidence generation for regulatory and reimbursement submissions, and participate in scientific communication and external engagement.
* Maintain awareness of innovative modelling methods and develop tools to streamline processes.
Why you?
Basic Qualifications & Skills:
* Advanced degree in health outcomes research, health economics, economics, or related fields.
* Significant experience in epidemiology, health economics, or market access, especially in the pharmaceutical industry or regulatory agencies.
* Proven expertise in developing and adapting economic models for multiple markets.
* Strong technical writing skills and publication record in cost-effectiveness modelling.
* Understanding of HTA methodologies and drug development processes.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
* Knowledge of HIV or infectious diseases is a plus but not essential.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and within teams.
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of R is desirable.
* Experience in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
