You'll help learners build confidence, develop independence and secure opportunities that can transform their futures. You'll receive support from an experienced manager two days per week, but this is very much your project to drive forward. We're looking for someone who is proactive, entrepreneurial and enjoys making things happen. This isn't a role where opportunities simply land in your lap. You'll need to build relationships with local employers, understand the aspirations and challenges of the people you support, advocate on their behalf and create opportunities that might not otherwise exist.
