GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Training & Performance Analyst assists in higher-level analyses and duties related to training and quality processes. This role assists in providing data and recommendations for execution and data integrity for client metrics, service, and visibility.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Maintain and develop internal quality standards.
2. Responsible for creating, maintaining and analyzing data related to client metrics, service and visibility.
3. Assess support interactions based on established quality standards.
4. Monitor trends and provide recommendations for the design and facilitation of forwarding and operations training courses and associated quality standards.
5. Deploy as part of a field team as needed for site visits.

18. Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Visio, MS Teams, MS Project and other Microsoft learning and collaboration tools.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
19. Bachelor’s degree.
20. 2+ years of experience as an analyst.
21. Experience working in a global multi-cultural environment.
22. Experience in the Logistics industry preferred.
23. Familiarity with eLearning development tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, or similar is a plus.
24. Proficient with MS Office or related office suite software.
CERTIFICATION AND LICENSES
Professional certification may be required in some areas.
