We are currently seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to join our dynamic Marketing team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for leading our CRM strategy, data management, automation, and performance reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CRM principles and a proven track record in developing and executing high-performing CRM campaigns. You will work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to design and implement effective customer journeys across both B2B and B2C audiences.
Your key responsibilities will include managing data cleansing, preparation, migration, and CRM system integrations, as well as building and optimising email workflows, automation, and reporting tools in HubSpot. You will also be responsible for delivering monthly reports with actionable insights to senior leadership, continuously refining the CRM strategy based on performance metrics.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical skills and the ability to translate CRM data into strategic actions. Experience with data integrations, segmentation, and customer journey design is essential. A comfortable working style in a fast-moving environment, coupled with a collaborative mindset and proactive attitude, will be highly valued.
