Job Summary:
EasyLet Property Management UK Ltd. is seeking a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across our managed properties. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and take pride in keeping residential and communal areas clean and well-maintained. A personal vehicle is required for travel between properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming,carpet shampooing.
Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and inform management when restocking as required.
Follow health and safety guidelines when handling cleaning chemicals.
Report any maintenance issues or damages to the management team.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness are consistently maintained.
Requirements:
Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards.
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and bending.
Good communication skills.
Working Hours:
Flexible part-time hours (to be agreed upon).
May include weekday and/or weekend shifts, depending on business needs.
