Our client is a well-funded, established international retail technology company (1,200+ employees). They are seeking a hands-on, strategic VP / SVP of International Sales to join the executive team, reporting directly to the Group CEO.
The focus of this role will be to lead the international growth of a high-priority SaaS business unit focused on grocery retail e-commerce and fulfilment. This leader will drive expansion across Europe and the U.S., scaling revenues from €xm to €XXm+, and positioning the BU as a global leader in grocery retail technology.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and scale the international sales strategy targeting major grocery retailers
* Own the full enterprise sales cycle — from prospecting to closing large, complex deals
* Identify and secure lighthouse customers in new markets
* Build and lead a high-performing sales model and partner ecosystem
* Work closely with the CEO, product, marketing, and wider executive team
* Provide market insights to shape the product roadmap
What We’re Looking For
* Essential: Grocery Retail Technology domain expertise (e-commerce, fulfilment, store operations )
* Proven success in scaling international technology sales
* Strong experience with enterprise RFX/bidding processes
* A strategic thinker with a hands-on, doer mentality
* Comfortable in both corporate sales and lean, scale-up environments
* Fluent in English; French a plus
