As a Sales Advisor based in our Cambridgebranch you’ll be responsible for:
1. Serving customers on the counter by understanding their needs and recommending the right products.
2. Responding to emails and answering phone calls in a friendly and helpful way, providing great service and building good relationships.
3. Talking to new and existing customers to find sales opportunities and grow customer connections.
4. Creating accurate quotes, processing sales orders and raising purchase orders on time.
5. General warehouse duties like picking and packing orders, receiving stock, updating records and keeping the warehouse organised.
This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday along with Saturday mornings on a rota basis 8am - 12 noon.

6. Industry or merchant experience would be preferred
7. Excellent communication skills and confidence in customer interactions.
8. Computer literacy and a willingness to learn new processes.
9. Experience in sales or customer service would be ideal.
