Essential Role Requirements: Must have a strong understanding of the processes of decking and slabs, walls columns, staircases, and lift shafts, to effectively support carpenters in their roles Familiar with Traditional erect and strike aluminium beam decking systems, Panel decking systems and Peri Trio shutters Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and strong communication skills Able to read and interpret drawings, or willing to learn Proactive and able to manage time effectively Able to work independently and as part of a team Desirable: 3 years of experience in a similar role Keen to learn and further develop skills General Expectations: Reliable & punctual Able to work well with other trades and operatives on site and support the programme delivery on time Right to work in the UK Cards & Qualifications Required: CSCS Blue Formwork / Carpentry / Concreting Qualification CSCS Green/GQA Labourer Additional/Desirable Cards & Qualifications: Harness Awareness Certification IPAF/PASMA/CPCS/NPORS * /MEWP Qualifications Face Fit Certification Working at Heights * Please note that to comply with client requirements, we can only accept NPORS cards affiliated with CSCS and carrying the CSCS hologram.
