Hours:Mon-Thurs 08:00am-5:00pm and Friday 08:00am-4:00pm

Our client, a growing and successful cleaning company, is on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Depot Manager to join their team! If you have a passion for logistics, stock management, and ensuring smooth operations, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
4. Stock Management and placing timely orders with suppliers for consumables for clients and the office
5. Liaise effectively with clients, drivers, suppliers and the team
6. Planning weekly deliveries
7. Reconcile orders/invoices/credit notes etc.
8. Issue stock to sites via software
9. Purchase machinery and equipment for sites and managers
10. Health & Safety Compliance including COSHH manual management, Fire safety, PAT testing, DSE assessments
11. Timely client communication and helpdesk support
12. Arrange booking and training courses
13. Team Support
14. Other duties as required
Requirements for the role:
15. Proven experience in depot or logistics management is beneficial
16. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication
17. Quick thinker with a knack for resolving issues
