Multi-Trader Role:
Our client, a growing and well-established property maintenance contractor, is looking to recruit a reliable and skilled Multi-Trader to join their team. This role involves working across a variety of residential and commercial sites, delivering high-quality maintenance, repairs, and minor installation works.
Key Multi-Trader Responsibilities
* Carry out a range of general maintenance and repair works including carpentry, plumbing, basic electrical, and decorating
* Complete planned and reactive maintenance
* Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs in a timely manner
* Undertake minor installation works such as kitchens, bathrooms, and fixtures
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment on-site
* Liaise professionally with clients, tenants, and site managers
Multi-Trader Requirements:
* 5+ Years Experience
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Own Van (Required)
