Overview
Location: Birmingham, Lombard House - hybrid working arrangement
Salary: £34,498 - £40,185 per annum
Hours: Full time - 36 hours per week
Contract Type: Secondment/Fixed term contracts until September 2026
Responsibilities
* Carry out property inspections, viewings and signups across the local regions. The role is community based and requires flexibility to cover different tasks as required.
* The key objective is to minimise the time a property remains empty by ensuring it is let as quickly as possible while providing a good quality service to customers.
* Be an effective team member and contribute ideas for improvement.
* This is a hybrid role with a base location at the Birmingham office. Candidates will be expected to work from home, the office and in the local region; travel across the region is required and mileage will be paid.

Requirements / Qualifications
