As a Senior Growth Consultant, you will take full ownership of 12 to 18 client relationships, working directly with founders and senior stakeholders to shape strategy and improve sales outcomes.
You will not be building campaigns yourself, as that is handled by the internal team, but you will be the go-to person for guiding the client’s direction and holding everything to a high standard.
It is a fast-paced, commercially driven role with plenty of autonomy and a clear impact on business success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage 12 to 18 client relationships, acting as their strategic lead and trusted advisor
* Run client reviews, set clear expectations and keep performance on track
* Coach founders and execs on how to improve their sales process from lead to close
* Translate business goals into clear strategies for the delivery team to execute
* Spot problems early, offer solutions and make sure things stay on course
Essential Experience:
* 3 to 5 years’ experience in B2B demand generation, outbound or ABM
* Confident working directly with founders, C-levels and senior stakeholders
* Strong grasp of how to drive pipeline growth and improve sales performance
* Experience managing clients and owning commercial outcomes
* Comfortable working independently in a remote and fast-moving environment

Salary: £55,000 to £65,000 base DOE
On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to £160,000 through uncapped commission.
