Exhibition Stand Builder | Rayleigh |£30,000 - £32,000 | Full Time
The Role
Our successful client is expanding and they’re looking for a skilled, hands-on individual to join their stand-building team. You will have previous experience within this industry and be ready to hit the ground running! If you enjoy practical work, take pride in high-quality craftsmanship, and thrive in a fast-paced events environment, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
* Build and install exhibition stands using modular systems
* Work on-site at venues across the UK (and in Europe)
* Load, transport, and assemble display components
* Ensure all builds meet the client’s quality and safety standards
* Act professionally with clients and venue staff
What You’ll Need
* Experience in exhibition stand building or working with modular display systems
* Willingness to travel and work outside standard hours (including early starts, late finishes, and occasional weekends) flexible working in required
* A full clean UK driving licence (essential) Maybe required to drive a long wheelbase crafter
* Practical, hands-on approach with good problem-solving skills
* Ability to work well as part of a team
* Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
Training will be provided on our specific display systems and products.
What’s in it for you?
* Experienced Stand Builder: £30,000 – £32,000 per year + Overtime Saturday at time ½ and Sundays double pay
* Junior Stand Builder: £27,000 - £30,000 per year + Overtime Saturday at time ½ and Sundays double pay
