Netcentrix is seeking a motivated IT Support Apprentice to join our growing team. This entry-level role is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment, where youll learn how to provide high-quality technical support to a wide range of clients. Working alongside experienced engineers, youll develop essential IT skills, from troubleshooting and ticket management to customer service and user support. With structured training, mentoring, and real-world experience, this apprenticeship will equip you with the technical knowledge and professional behaviours needed for a successful career in IT. In this role, youll work towards yourLevel 3 IT Support Apprenticeship,delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Provide supervised first-line IT support via phone and ticketing system. Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, network, and account issues. Log, prioritise, and update tickets in the service desk system. Escalate complex incidents to senior engineers within SLA timeframes. Assist with hardware/software setup, Office 365, Active Directory, and VPN support. Monitor systems and report issues to senior staff. Collaborate with Tier 1 & 2 teams and maintain documentation. Develop skills through structured training, workshops, and shadowing. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
