Key Responsibilities
* Meals Service: Create and deliver nutritious daily meals, considering residents' preferences within a set budget.
* House Management: Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards, oversee day‑to‑day repairs, and maintain the overall well‑being of the house.
* Security: Uphold the security of the dwelling, responding to emergencies within organisational policies and procedures.
* Tenancy Management and Support: Assist in settling new residents, provide core support services, and respond to residents' needs as part of a caring team.
