Your primary responsibilities will include: Providing traditional desktop support, mainly remotely, with telephone contact. Supporting and maintaining our existing managed IT support client base. Assisting our Projects team in building and installing IT systems, which range from Cloud deployments to on-premise and cloud servers, including Azure PaaS, IaaS, and SaaS.
